Terms and Conditions - Public Mutual Online (PMO)
I would like to apply for PMO Services which allows me to access my investment account information, view statements and fund reports, perform investments and transaction requests.
By subscribing to PMO, I hereby consent to receive notice of all statements and reports including statements of transaction, interim and annual statements, fund reports and/or other communications in electronic form to be sent via my email and that these statements and reports will be made available for my viewing and printing at PMO.
I understand that I may opt for hard copy statements/reports in PMO.
I hereby agree that Public Mutual may use my mobile number and/or email address to validate/authenticate my registration and/or access for online services and/or any other services.
I undertake to indemnify Public Mutual and at all times keep Public Mutual fully and completely indemnified from and against all claims and demands, actions and proceedings, losses and expenses including legal costs as between solicitor and own client and all other liabilities of whatsoever nature or description which may be made or taken or incurred or suffered by Public Mutual in connection with or in any manner arising out of this application to access and use Public Mutual Online Services. I further agree that my liabilities shall be a continuing liability and shall remain in full force and effect until my liabilities if any is fully discharged to Public Mutual’s satisfaction.
Sekiranya terdapat ketakkonsistenan, percanggahan, kekeliruan atau perselisihan antara versi Bahasa Inggeris dan/atau Bahasa Melayu, hanya versi Bahasa Inggeris sahaja dianggap sah.
