How do I register for Public Mutual Online Services?
  1. It is easy to register for our online service:

    • Apply online via Public Mutual website

    • You can submit your PMO Services Application Form at any Public Mutual
      branch/Customer Service Centre.

    • Apply online via Public Mutual Smart Kiosk at our Customer Service Centre in 1 Utama
      Shopping Centre (Petaling Jaya) or selected branches.

    • Apply online via PBeBank.com (for PBe registered users)

    • Apply via PBB ATM (for Public Bank ATM Cardholders)

  2. For Applications via Public Mutual branches/Customer Service Centres, you will immediately receive the
    docket mailer with temporary User ID and Password. For Applications through PBeBank.com/PBB ATM,
    the docket mailer will be sent to your mailing address. The User ID and Password will enable you
    to access publicmutualonline.com.my.

  3. You should log in to Public Mutual Online (PMO) to change the temporary User ID and Password
    sent to you in the docket mailer as soon as possible.

  4. Once you have changed the User ID and Password, you may login to PMO to make investment and
    transaction requests and enquire on your account information.

    redemption and switching), and enquire on your account balances, transactions and statements;

  • PMO Limited Service which allows you to invest into new and existing funds, register for
    Direct Debit Authorization (DDA) and enquire on your account balances, transactions and statements.
