- It is easy to register for our online service:
- For Applications via Public Mutual branches/Service Centres, you will immediately receive the
docket mailer with temporary User ID and Password. For Applications through Public Bank and Unit
Trust Consultants, the docket mailer will be sent to your mailing address. The User ID and Password
will enable you to access publicmutualonline.com.my.
- You should log in to Public Mutual Online (PMO) to change the temporary User ID and Password
sent to you in the docket mailer as soon as possible.
- Once you have changed the User ID and Password, you may login to PMO to make investment and
transaction requests and enquire on your account information.
