- It is easy to register for our online service:
- For Applications via Public Mutual branches/Customer Service Centres, you will immediately receive the
docket mailer with temporary User ID and Password. For Applications through PBeBank.com/PBB ATM,
the docket mailer will be sent to your mailing address. The User ID and Password will enable you
to access publicmutualonline.com.my.
- You should log in to Public Mutual Online (PMO) to change the temporary User ID and Password
sent to you in the docket mailer as soon as possible.
- Once you have changed the User ID and Password, you may login to PMO to make investment and
transaction requests and enquire on your account information.
