  1. What if I have forgotten my User ID or Password?
    Your password is kept secured and can only be revealed to you in a secured manner. You are advised to go to Public Mutual HQ or any Public Mutual or Public Bank branch to re-apply/submit a new PMO application. Please contact our Customer Service Hotline at 03-6207 5000 should you require further information.


  2. What if I have exceeded the number of login attempts?
    You are allowed 3 login attempts only. Upon the third unsuccessful attempt, your User ID and Password will be locked. Please contact our Customer Service Hotline at 03-6207 5000 for further assistance should your User ID and Password be locked.


  3. What if I have not performed my first time login after obtaining my User ID and Password within 60 days of issuance?
    Your User ID and Password will be invalidated, hence you are advised to go to Public Mutual HQ or any Public Mutual or Public Bank branch to re-apply for a new User ID and Password.


  4. What if I have not login for more than 1 year?
    A password expired warning will be prompted when you login.


  5. I have just obtained my new User ID and Password, when should I begin?
    You should log in to publicmutualonline.com.my as soon as possible as the User ID and Password sent to you in the docket mailer is only valid for 60 days from the issuance date.

    Upon log-in, you will be required to change your User ID and Password. Thereafter, you may proceed to use the services of publicmutualonline.com.my.


  6. Is the password case sensitive?
    The letters for the password is case sensitive. Please remember whether you have used small or capital letters for your password. Kindly counter check whether your keyboard caps lock is on or off.


  7. Is the User ID case sensitive?
    No.


  8. Do I need to enable "cookies" in my browser when using Public Mutual Online Services?
    No need.


  9. What do I expect to see after I login?
    Customer will be redirected to default page after successful login.

    It’s a standard cryptography technology which is widely used by most of the browsers.
